A gamer's life doesn't just happen in the game itself, they all have a life outside of it. Who would have thought? Meeting friends in-game is great, but it's just as nice to meet people who have nothing to do with the game at all. Drinking coffee together and seeing people, not just pixels.

We live in a digital age, and who is surprised that people increasingly prefer to talk via chat rather than meet in person. Provided, of course, that this is possible at all. On the other hand, it's the only way to stay in touch with people who live on the other side of the world. Digital communication is both a curse and a blessing.
